Cruelty-free baby mouse mummy Found the little guy walking home from an art conference during the previous summer, abandoned ( well... surrounded by what I suspect were dead siblings ), squeaking. It was so cold and it had to have been hungry, not to mention if all the others around it had died somehow he was bound to soon if he had stayed there too. So I took him home and made a little tissue bed for him in a little box, put him under a heat lamp and tried to drop-feed him warm milk. He seemed okay that evening, but he, sadly, didn't make it through the night :c
Wanted to mummify him ( I think being on display as both art and science if more more dignifying than being buried in the ground to rot ), and have been pretty fond of him. He's made a great piece. You can see his skull and bones in his arms and tail very well, even his ribs when you flip him over. He's about an inch tall.

well unfortunately, and thank you for reminding me, my fucking cat ate it
I do have a really nice, large wet specimen mouse if you're interested in mice in general, though. It died of natural causes and so it's not missing anything ( and everything is where it's supposed to be ).
